She took both her Bachelor of Arts (cum laude) and law degrees at the University of the Philippines, Diliman, Quezon City. When she finished law in 1992, ranking 16th in the graduating class, she joined the reputable firm of Atty. Mario E. Ongkiko for four (4) years where she was trained to litigate and do corporate work as well. In middle of 1996, she was taken as a junior partner in the law firm "Cruz Enverga Raboca Law Office" until June 2000. Thereafter, she put up her own law office.
Marino M. Abes
He graduated cum laude at the Ateneo de Naga University with a degree of Bachelor of Arts and earned his law degree at the University of the Philippines in 1967 (10th of his class). He started his law practice in his hometown, Naga City, where he simultaneously taught at the Ateneo de Naga University. In 1971, he worked as a General Attorney at the U.S. Naval Base Subic Bay until 1979. Since 1980, he was connected with Kimberly-Clark Phils., Inc. until he retired.
Wilhelmina Chavez-Litam
A graduate of the University of the Philippines, College of Law, she started her corporate practice in Villaraza and Cruz Law Offices and, thereafter, became the Legal Manager/Consultant of various big firms like, Guoco Holdings (Phils.), Inc., Primetown Property Group, Inc. and Rockwell Land, Inc. Now, she handles the corporate practice of the law firm.

Likewise a graduate of the University of the Philippines, he had his extensive law practice in Manila for twelve (12) years until he migrated to the United States in 1984 where he is now a practicing lawyer in Los Angeles. He ranked Number 11th out of a class of 82 graduates. Being based there, he represents the law office to its US-based clients.
