The formation of the firm was propelled when Atty. Maria Flora A. Falcon, one of the senior partners who had extensive exposure in both litigation and corporate practice with reputable law firms in Makati City, Philippines, decided to form her own firm. She then invited Atty. Rolando M. Abes, who is a law practitioner in the United States, and Atty. Marino M. Abes, who was long connected with Kimberly Clark Philippines, Inc., to join her. With the advancement of the internet technology, they envisioned a practice which would link the United States and the Philippines by servicing clients not only from those countries but also from all over the world. It is included in the list of lawyers of the German Embassy and of the Austrian Trade Commisioner's Office, both in Manila, Philippines.
